The Annual Function 2025 of CANVAS Institute Of Fine Art & Education, a registered institute under Sarba Bharatiya Sangeet-O-Sanskriti Parishad, was successfully held with great enthusiasm and cultural spirit at the Swami Vivekananda Auditorium.
The objective of the programme was to highlight the artistic development, creativity, discipline, and confidence of students while strengthening the bond between the institute, students, and guardians. The auditorium witnessed an overwhelming presence of students, parents, guardians, teachers, and well-wishers.
The event was honoured by the gracious presence of Chief Guest Mr. Anirban Roy and Guest of Honour Mrs. Sarmishta Saha, whose encouraging words and appreciation inspired both students and guardians. They applauded the institute’s continuous efforts in promoting fine arts and cultural education under the guidance of Sarba Bharatiya Sangeet-O-Sanskriti Parishad.

A major attraction of the Annual Function was the Annual Sit & Draw Competition, which showcased the artistic skills of students across different age groups. In addition, the institute uniquely organised a Guardian Sit & Draw Competition, encouraging parents and guardians to actively participate alongside their children. This segment received immense appreciation as it symbolised emotional bonding, creativity, and shared learning between guardians and students.
Students and guardians displayed remarkable enthusiasm and originality through their artworks. Outstanding participants were recognised and honoured with certificates and awards.
Manha Jawed was awarded the Student of the year (Special Category), receiving applause and recognition from the dignitaries.
The programme was gracefully anchored by Miss Sayani Roy, whose confident presentation and smooth coordination ensured the success of the event.
